This Privacy Policy explains how KLA Holdings Limited ("KLA", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the VelHeart mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

Account information — an anonymous account identifier is created when you first launch the App. If you link a sign-in method (e.g. Google), we receive the associated email address and display name.
Purchase information — order identifiers and entitlement status from the app store to deliver and verify subscriptions and virtual items. We never receive or store your payment card details.
Usage data — in-app events (e.g. feature usage, session length), device model, OS version, language and approximate region (derived from IP), collected via Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for product improvement and stability.
Content you provide — messages you send to AI characters and prompts you submit to content-creation features, processed to generate responses and requested content.
Advertising and attribution identifiers — your device advertising ID (AD_ID) and the Google Play install referrer, used to measure which advertisement or campaign led to your installation and purchases.

2. How We Use Information

To operate the App: deliver AI conversations, generated media, purchases and account sync.
To maintain safety: fraud prevention, enforcement of our Terms, and legal compliance.
To improve the App: aggregated analytics and crash diagnostics.
To communicate with you: service emails related to your account (where an email is linked).

3. AI Processing

Your messages and prompts are processed by third-party AI service providers acting as our processors to generate responses and media. These inputs are transmitted securely and are not used by us to build advertising profiles. Do not include sensitive personal information in your conversations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the App (cloud hosting and analytics by Google Firebase; AI generation providers; app store billing), under contractual confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. We also share purchase and installation events with advertising and measurement partners (such as Google and Meta) so that we can attribute installs and purchases to the advertisement they came from; these events identify the transaction and device, not the content of your conversations.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Conversation history is stored to provide continuity of your experience. When your account is deleted, associated personal data is removed from production systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. transaction records).

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and associated data at any time in Settings → Delete Account inside the App, or by following the instructions on our account deletion page. 7. Children

The App is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has used the App, contact us and we will delete the associated data.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with access controls. No system is perfectly secure; please protect the credentials linked to your account.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above.
