You can permanently delete your VelHeart account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you can no longer access the App, email service@velvegas.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject "VelHeart Account Deletion Request". We will process the request within 30 days.
Your account identifier, profile, conversation history, custom characters and generated content, intimacy progress, virtual coin balance and subscription entitlement records are permanently removed from production systems within 30 days.
Transaction records required for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes are retained as required by law, and are not used for any other purpose. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your Google Play subscription settings — deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.
